What happens if my payment failed?
At the end of the regular billing period, the funds could not be charged. In case, the payment system will try to charge you again within several days. All this time, the status of your order will be active and you can continue using services or apps. If all attempts will be unsuccessful, your subscription will be canceled and the status of the order will change to expired.
What are the payment methods supported?
We use Paddle to store your card information and process payments. Paddle is a service dedicated to payment processing, which is PCI compliant. Your card number is not stored on our servers. Where can I find my invoices?
Our payment processor "Paddle" sends customisable invoices for every transaction you make through our website. This invoice is always sent to your registered email and you can update the information you need such as your address, company name, and VAT number. You can save the invoice as a PDF by: Right-click the page and click "Print..." Is VAT, GST, or sales taxes included in pricing plans?
VAT, GTS, or sales taxes is not included in our pricing plans. As some of our customers are businesses, they do not owe VAT and thus we charge the advertised flat price. VAT is still due for consumers and may be applied on all plan prices (ie. non-business entities). If you are an EU business, make sure you enter your EU VAT number to prove your business status and thus remove VAT from the price. If you are located outside the EU, we won’t charge any VAT, regardless of your business or consumer
