Hubspot integration with iMessage
This approach will help you use email integration with iMessage to sync messages with HubSpot. You will be able to receive and reply to messages through Hubspot.
Before starting to follow this instruction, make sure that you have everything ready:
You already have purchased and activated a dedicated sender name
You already have an active HubSpot portal with configured conversations inbox and fallback email

Integration steps:
In your HubSpot account, click the ⚙️ settings icon in the main navigation bar.
In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Inbox > Inboxes.
Next to the fallback email, click Edit.
Copy the email from the Forwarding address field, or from Customize from address (if it is configured).
Insert this email in the integration settings of your dedicated sender name. You can find details regarding this setting in this article.

Now you can receive/reply to iMessage from your HubSpot inbox.
